Pure Grips.

Pure Grips manufactures high-performance golf grips trusted by golfers around the world. This project focused on the custom design and development of manufacturing equipment created to optimize production efficiency and significantly increase daily output.

  • Pure Grips needed a more efficient solution for the logo painting process used in manufacturing their golf grips. The existing process limited production capacity and created a bottleneck in manufacturing output.

    This project focused on designing and developing custom equipment capable of streamlining production, improving repeatability, and increasing daily manufacturing output from approximately 2,000 grips per day to more than 6,000 grips per day.

    The result was a purpose-built manufacturing solution designed around the client’s workflow, production goals, and scaling needs.
