Cholla Innovations.

Cholla Innovations develops products aimed at improving safety and functionality in industrial environments. This project centered around transforming an early-stage concept into a manufacturable product through iterative design, prototyping, and manufacturing support.

  • The Cholla Innovations Gate Valve Lockout is designed to improve visibility and security when locking down industrial gate valves. Unlike traditional lockouts that completely cover the valve, its built-in viewing window allows users to visually confirm whether the valve is open or closed without removing the device.

    The lockout features a durable thermoplastic body designed to withstand demanding industrial environments while providing a practical and reliable solution for valve safety.

  • The goal of this project was to take an early-stage product idea and develop it into a manufacturable, real-world solution ready for production and customer use. Cholla Innovations needed support refining the concept, working through the engineering and development process, and creating prototypes that could be tested and improved before manufacturing.

    InterLink Engineering helped guide the product from concept through production by supporting the design process, creating CAD models and functional 3D printed prototypes, and assisting with manufacturing preparation along the way. The project focused on balancing functionality, usability, and manufacturability throughout each stage of development.
